Dell SupportAssist Report (see attached) for Intel Killer Performance Suite version 40.25.509.1465 release date May 26, 2025 shows driver error.

Killer Wifi PCI card AX1650x in Dell XPS 8930 desktop PC with Core i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz

Previous versions of Killer Performance Suite has no issues.

The adapter is working. The only thing I notice is that Killer Intelligence Center is not working as previously.

Yes, My ax1690i isn't working in the killer app (no killer device found).

Intel Driver Assistant tool keeps asking me to install the package, but it only uninstalls the entire package. Afterwards, it isn't picking up to reinstall the package automatically anymore. I had to go to the intel page to install the software package manually. Afterwards, the same look of Assistant telling me I need an update, but it goes to try to uninstall the package again. This released is BUGGED

Thanks Michael - here are the chronological steps of Windows 11 OS and Killer Performance Suite updates:

1. Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 version 24H2 - KB5058499 successfully installed on 5/31/25

2. Intel Drivers & Support Assistant identified update for Killer Performance Suite which was initially installed on 5/29/25 but failed. Subsequently attempted again on 5/31/25 and succeeded.

3. Ran Dell SupportAssist utility on 5/31/25 and found error that I mentioned:

Bad news: Unfortunately Dell is still flagging the PCI error (see above).

I followed instructions

1. Downloaded a fresh copy of Killer Performance Suite but didn't install yet.

2. Uninstall existing app on PC of  Killer Performance Suite using Microsoft uninstall app

3. Delete all file ins Temp folder

4. Installed Killer Performance Suite

Also, I wasn't taken to Microsoft Store to download Performance Suite Intelligence Center.

Since I'm still able to access the internet with the Intel Killer wireless card I'll wait until the next version of Killer Performance Suite is released and hopefully my issue will be resolved by then.

Hello Chrys,

Thank you for the update.

Let me also check, have you tried checking this issue with Dell if they have their own configuration for this app?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
