Hello Intel,
Since, I was thinking to play The Last Of Us Part 2 on my Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 | 20GB Ram |
i3 10th Gen Processor | Crucial 500GB Nvm Express SSD | INTEL® UHD GRAPHICS VERSION: 31.0.101.2135
The Issue- When i start the game it always glitches with an irritating red screen, i have applied many fixes and troubleshoots like, I tried every Old and New graphics driver and running the game in some compatibility settings , sadly nothing reflects a bit change in the game. I am attaching a issue screenshot too.
I and every gamer will be thankfull if you can please prioritize this major issue and apply some patches in the new graphics driver and update it !
Yours Sincerely Customer,
Shayan.

Hello Shayan1719,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Use a dedicated graphics card, as onboard graphics like Intel® Iris® Xe and Intel® UHD Graphics are not fully supported by this game. (Source: The Last of Us Part 2 System Requirements)
From the system specifications you provided for your Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3, it appears that it lacks a dedicated GPU. Unfortunately, upgrading the GPU in a laptop is generally not feasible, as the GPU in most laptops, including the Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3, is integrated into the motherboard and cannot be removed or replaced. I hope this information is helpful.
Best regards,

Dear Intel,
Thank you for your support but please escalate my issue to the graphic drivers database so that they can fix this glitch i know this is a minor glitch the integrated gpu can handle this game but the glitch is interfering in it please raise a concern to give and update in the next update to fix this issue.
Yours Sincerely Customer,
Shayan.
