Hello srikanthn81n,
Greetings from Intel !!
Thank you for your post. We are reviewing your request and the errors from Kernel logs. Aside this we request your help with below:
- Please confirm the exact Ethernet controller/Adapter model that you are using (Iavf usually is with 500/700/800 series of Adapters/Controllers). Please help with exact model for your controller/adapter.
- As you mentioned the virtual function driver was updated to 4.11.3 and you faced the issue, please confirm when it was working properly and with which exact VF driver version?
- What is the corresponding PF driver installed in your case?
- Also what is the firmware version of the ethernet adapter/controller that is installed?
Regards,
Subhashish_Intel.

Hi Subhash,
Have forwarded recommendations to our Managment after reviewing feasibility of upgrade. We are not very keen to upgrade both Firmware and driver version at this point as this is causing lot of disruption to Production. We are working on updating just iAVF driver version to see if that helps. Thank you for gathering initial analysis report and sharing with us. You may close the ticket.
Regards,
Srikanth
