Hello ThenonFun,
Thank you for reaching out to our Communities and for providing the screenshots. As seen on the photo, you are encountering artifact like graphical errors on your Arc A750 while playing Gary's Mods
To further investigate, please answer the following questions:
- Did you make recent changes to the system
- Was this working fine before?
- What Troubleshooting steps was already done?
- Is this occurring on other games?
I look forward to your reply!

Hi, I havent made any changes to my system since i built it in january, this has always been a problem in garry's mod, no i havent done any trouble shooting steps, and i after looking at hl2 and source sdk base 2013, the shadows look normal, but in gmod, the showdows look like they are z-fighting in someway. This (MIGHT) exist in other source titles, but i just havent been able to recreate it. This shadow glitch also only happens when another light source is being flashed on the existing dynamic shadow. Also none of my friends with NON intel gpus (Nvidia rtx 3060, 4060, 1650, 1650 laptop ) havent experienced this issue.
extra info incase you need it
cpu: 123400f
gpu a750 asrock challanger
ram: 16 gigs
Gpu driver version: 32.0.101.6739

Hello ThenonFun,
Thank you for sharing this helpful information regarding the issue.
Since the problem only occurs in Garry's Mod, let's try reinstalling the game to see if that makes a difference. Share with us also what version of the game you installed.
Additionally, I recommend updating your GPU drivers to version 32.0.101.6793 and performing a clean installation to ensure optimal performance.

Once you've tried the troubleshooting steps above, please provide us with an update if there are any changes to the issue.

The version of garry's mod im using is the most recent x64 Build of the game,(2025 may patch), reinstalling the game does nothing, neither did updating the drivers. Im also fell like im getting less fps then im ment to, I should be easially getting 120 fps or more, but im dropping to 90 and even lower on highest 1080p on some maps.
I feel like this might be a driver issue with the "low" fps and shadow bug.
also heres the map for garry's mod i use to test these things:

Hi @ThenonFun,
Please communicate with the mod or emulator developer and ask them to submit a case directly in the "Developing Games on Intel Graphics". To replicate the issue and identify a fix, the emulator developer should provide a homebrew code to isolate the issue, which will be debugged and analyzed by our specialist.
Homebrew code: raw code that can be run without any emulator, focusing its functionality on reproducing the issue.
Best regards,
